This fabulous Luvanto herringbone Luxury Vinyl Tile was installed for a customer based in Offerton, Stockport.
After taking all the previous floor up, it was determined we would use 9mm SP101 flooring grade plyboard to build up the height for the skirting boards. Part of the original floor was concrete, so we built this area up to meet the height of the plyboard.
After spending a couple of days getting the levels right, we were able to lay the Luvanto Luxury vinyl tile in a herringbone formation with a one plank border. Also leaving access to under the floorboards by the door, and covering the access with a mat.
