Alderley Edge has some of the finest homes in Cheshire, from Victorian villas off the Macclesfield Road to modern family houses with big open-plan kitchens. Floors in homes like these need to look right and last. That's what we do. Signature LVT Floor Specialists fit luxury vinyl tile floors across Alderley Edge, Nether Alderley and the surrounding villages. LVT is all we do, and we take on one job at a time, so your floor gets our full attention from the first visit to the final clean.
LVT is all we do. We take on one job at a time, so your floor never gets squeezed in between others. Most of our work around Alderley Edge, Wilmslow and Prestbury comes through recommendations, and we keep it that way with careful prep, accurate setting out and a finish you'll still be pleased with years from now.
We fit Amtico, Karndean, Invictus and other leading brands, and prepare every subfloor with Ardex products. Herringbone, chevron and borders are planned around your room, not just wherever the pattern happens to finish.
Every domestic floor we fit comes with our lifetime guarantee. If anything isn't right, we'll come back and put it right.
Pattern work is where we stand out. Herringbone in a kitchen-diner, chevron down a long hallway, or a basketweave with a border running round the room. We plan every layout before the first tile goes down, so the pattern lines up with doorways and the centre of the room rather than wherever it happens to finish. We fit Amtico, Karndean, Invictus, Moduleo and other leading brands.

We’re so confident in the quality of our LVT floors and the ability of our installation team that we’re offering a lifetime guarantee for all domestic properties.
Preparation makes the floor. A glue-down floor is only as good as what's underneath it. Older Alderley Edge properties often have uneven or patched subfloors, and newer builds often have underfloor heating. We check moisture, level and prime the subfloor properly using guaranteed products, and make sure the tiles have acclimatised before fitting. It's the part most people never see, and it's why our floors stay flat and tight for years. All domestic installations come with our lifetime guarantee.

There may be no better way to communicate what we do than through images.
We could talk for hours about the exceptionally high standards we set when we’re working on luxury vinyl tile installation projects, but we’re the kind of professionals who like to let the results do the talking.
We genuinely care about our clients – and their homes. That’s why we’ve received countless glowing reviews over the years. Here are just a few of them.
As well as Alderley Edge itself, we cover Nether Alderley, Over Alderley, Mottram St Andrew, Wilmslow, Prestbury and Chelford.
