We clear the room, test the subfloor for moisture, then level and prime it. Older Bramhall houses often have tired or uneven floors, so this step matters. The tiles sit in the room beforehand to settle to temperature.
Planning
We set out the full layout before fitting starts. For pattern work, that means deciding exactly where the herringbone or chevron starts, so it looks deliberate from every doorway.
Installation
Every tile is glued and rolled down, with cuts scribed tight around door frames, pipes and kitchen plinths. It takes longer than a quick fit, and you can see the difference
Completion
We clean the floor, then go round it with you to make sure you're happy before we leave.

We clear the space, prepare the subfloor by ensuring it’s dry and free from any dust or residue, and ensure the LVT is acclimatised to the conditions.
Planning
While we measure up when preparing a quote, we perform a more detailed measuring process when it’s time to start fitting the floor. This process can vary depending on the type of LVT flooring we’re dealing with.
Installation
We may lay the first row of luxury vinyl tiles along the centre of the floor – or the starting line we believe most appropriate. We then continue to either lock or glue them into place, ensuring we make pin point cuts around door frames and other obstacles.
Completion
We will clean the entire floor before offering a final inspection of your new floor.
